cocktails + canapés
We started the night with 2 cocktails from our brand new bar program. Carrot (aquavit, yuzu, ginger, cardamom) & Matcha Tea (pisco, peach calipo, sparkling wine, absinthe, sea salt). Both BEAUTIFUL and REFRESHING. We are so excited to showcase our cocktails & quality at events all across the city this summer! Canapés included kumquat and burrata toast, spicy salmon poke, and mini pork banh mi!
At sunset, we all gathered outside on the patio for an intimate sit-down 4 course dinner prepared by our amazing Executive Chef, Andy Lee.
SPRING VEGETABLE SALAD fried fava, blood orange supreme, pea tendril, shaved carrot, ginger dressing
RAVIOLO UOVO breadcrumb, pancetta, roasted kale, aged parmesan, cherry tomato
TEA CRUSTED TURBOT flowering broccolini, roasted snap pea, pickled ramp, dill, ninja radish, mint & basil aioli
DRY AGED NEW YORK roasted ciopollini onion, leek fondue, roasted garlic pepper oil
All of our friends left the night with a 3 month subscription to The Tippler Club, our wonderful wine club. Each month, we'll be delivering curated wines straight to their homes and or offices to enjoy during the summer months. Expect lots of bubbly, rose, and refreshing whites to make sure you are 100% living your best life.
